Science

2009 Kern County Regional Science Fair:

Nov. 6, 2008 Science Fair Coaches Workshop, 4:30-6:30 pm, US1, University Square 2000 K Street.

Nov. 13, 2008 Science Fair Restricted Projects Workshop, 4:30-6:30 pm, US1, University Square 2000 K Street.

Jan. 9, 2009 School/district registration deadline.

Jan. 23, 2009 Restricted science fair projects deadline.

Feb. 13, 2009 Science Fair applications deadline.

March 16-17, 2009 Science Fair at Rabobank Convention Center.

Mathematics

Math Field Day will be held Saturday, May 2, 2009 at Ridgeview High School for grades 6-8.

Dec. 4, 2008 Math Field Day Coaches Workshop, 4-5:30 pm, US3, University Square, 2000 K Street.

Feb. 27, 2009 School Intent to Participate deadline.

March 27, 2009 School Team registration form and fees deadline.

May 2, 2009 Math Field Day at Ridgeview High School.
