Listed below are some important dates:

Science

2012 Kern County Regional Science Fair:

October 27, 2011 Science Fair Mandatory Coaches Workshop (choose one of two sessions), 4:30-6:00 pm, US2 University Square 2000 K Street.

November 16, 2011 Science Fair Mandatory Coaches Workshop (choose one of two sessions), 4:30-6:00 pm, US1 University Square 2000 K Street.

Jan. 13, 2012 School/district registration deadline.

Jan. 20, 2012 Restricted science fair projects deadline.

Feb. 2, 2012 Science Fair applications deadline.

March 12-13, 2012 Science Fair at Rabobank Convention Center.

Mathematics

Math Field Day will be held Saturday, May 12, 2012 at Liberty High School for grades 6-8.

Jan. 17, 2012 Math Field Day Coaches Workshop, 4 pm, US3, University Square, 2000 K Street.

March 23, 2012 School Intent to Participate deadline.

April 25, 2012 School Team registration form and fees deadline.

May 12, 2012 Math Field Day at Liberty High School.
