Listed below are some imporant dates:

Science

2010 Kern County Regional Science Fair:

Nov. 2 and 16, 2009 Science Fair Coaches Workshop (choose one of two sessions), 4:30-7:00 pm, US2 University Square 2000 K Street.

Jan. 8, 2010 School/district registration deadline.

Jan. 22, 2010 Restricted science fair projects deadline.

Feb. 12, 2010 Science Fair applications deadline.

March 22-23, 2010 Science Fair at Rabobank Convention Center.

Mathematics

Math Field Day will be held Saturday, May 2, 2009 at Ridgeview High School for grades 6-8.

Dec. 7, 2009 Math Field Day Coaches Workshop, 4-5:30 pm, US3, University Square, 2000 K Street.

Feb. 27, 2009 School Intent to Participate deadline.

March 27, 2009 School Team registration form and fees deadline.

May 2, 2009 Math Field Day at Ridgeview High School.
